Several years ago, I became involved in working with athletes with disabilities through multisport activities for veterans at the Center for the Intrepid at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. I also participated in organizing a Sprint Triathlon at the base. I've renewed my knowledge and experience in, and desire to do more, paratriathlon coaching. I obtained my Level 1 USAT Paratriathlon Coaching cert and was able to be an assistant coach at the first-ever USAT-sanctioned Adapt
